Closure Meditation Practice - English
Being actors ourselves, and having worked with so many others to develop accessible and effective closure practices, we at KIS saw a need and developed this audio closure practice. This is a meditation for entering your character or starting your day on set, and one for exiting your character or ending your day on set. Listen while you're travelling to and from set or the theatre, while you're putting on and taking off make-up, cooking, or bathing. Use it however you like, as we do ourselves! It may feel silly at first, but we know based on the incredible research being done in this area that it makes a big difference to actors' wellbeing - and that it's even more effective if you say it out loud!
